fox, fox, please grant my wish.
Another entry pops up on everyone's computer. Unlike previous events, this one looks less like a newspaper article and more like a handwritten diary entry.
I overheard a couple of girls talking at lunch the other day. One of them said that the stairs outside the school are haunted! At first I thought it was silly, because I go up those steps every day and I've never seen any ghosts. But then she said that it's actually a fox's spirit that grants wishes. I asked my sister about it and she just laughed. But then she said that she'd heard the same story when she was in high school. She said some girls swore that if you climbed the 28 stairs, wishing with all of your heart and counting each one out loud, sometimes a 29th one would appear and grant that wish.
So I tried it. And it worked! There was a 29th step. I asked the fox spirit to please grant my wish...
I've lost nine pounds so far. Everyone says I look so different, even pretty. Pretty.
