Stuff and things.
• I had to stop reading the news about Japan because I started getting super emotional. Thankfully, the few people I know in Japan have all checked in and that they're fine, so that's good to know. Still, my thoughts are with to all those still suffering from the quake.
• My driver’s license arrived today. MASSACHUSETTS, Y U NO HAVE PRETTY CARDS? It is nice that they don’t put your weight on there though. My CA one still said my weight from high school, HO HO IF ONLY IT WAS STILL THAT.
• Mom comes in some time this evening and this weekend is epic car shopping and packing. Most of the books and DVDs are done, but I’m at about ten boxes for that alone. Ugh, this week is going to suck, but at least Mom will be around and helping me out for a bit.
• Congrats to Troy Barnes from Community for winning Fandom Steel Cage Match! I was rooting for my Elevensies, naturally, but by the end, I didn't care who won. Hooray for Community representing! If anything positive has come from all the drama, wank and butthurt I’ve seen from this stupid Internet poll is a few more viewers for Community, which is really an outstandingly fun show. It has been nothing but non-stop awesome lately… STOP SHOWING REPEATS, NBC, I NEED NEW SHOW.
Also, I have accumulated a fuck ton of Troy gifs. ALWAYS acceptable.
Also, I've been having thoughts of Eleven, Troy and Abed going on space adventures running through my head. Clearly, this needs to happen.
• Old news, but Season 6 of Doctor Who starts April 23rd. HOORAY.
• I really really really REALLY want to see The Book of Mormon. Am thinking about a trip down to NYC to see it.
