SNOWS.

So in a fit of both “I’m fed up with working!” and “Holy shit, it’s snowing!”, I decided to take an impromptu vacation wander out in the Snowmageddon and meet up with basalt and doven late-ish last night.

I also wanted a good excuse to play with my new camera.

DANCE, MONKEY.

OBLIGATORY JUMP PHOTO.

I love that you can hardly see me. SNOW SETTING.

I covet doven’s jacket.

FROSTY GLASSES.

FOGGY GLASSES.

basalt was trying to describe to me what my jacket and hat looked like. I told her to take a picture to show me.

Then we tried without flash, which still came out somewhat decently. I love the yellow lighting and how eerily light it is outside when it snows.

I think by this point, doven was like “All right, I’ve had enough.”

HOLY SHIT, IT’S A DINOSAUR. GET IN THE CAR.

Oh, never mind.

I started walking back and went by this row of houses that were all decorated. The lights played music all night. That’d get annoying real quick.

Ah, back to my house. My landlord leaves those lights in the tree year ‘round. Not that he turns them on year ‘round. It’s just easier, I suppose.

It’s not pretty anymore. Maybe this is the incentive that I need to stay inside and work. Last day! LAST DAY until I come back in a week to work on it some more.
