oh, livejournal
For a while I definitely forgot about livejournal. I guess basically everyone has. Which I kind of like so now I can write stuff without having to make it a private entry or whatever.
I can't believe it's 2007...holy cow. I'm going into my 4th semester of college. It doesn't seem possible.
well, I got back to Tallahassee today. Winter break was okay...not very eventful. I worked 6 days and made $420 = one month's rent :) My aunt and grandparents came for Christmas. My other grandma got really sick, and ended up in the hospital twice. We all thought we were going to need to go up to Pennsylvania. Everytime I talked to her on the phone, I ended up crying; everytime my mom started talking about her, I started crying...it's been a rough few weeks.
I hardly got to see anyone while I was home. Most people were too busy. Plus the fact that I have been a sucky friend this past semester and haven't really kept in touch with anyone in niceville. It's crazy to think about all of the people that I was so close to my 13 years in niceville, and how me being away at college for a year and a half can change that closeness. I know that I've changed a lot, just as everyone in niceville has. We all have different things going on now, different priorities, different things to worry about. For some reason I just expect everything to be exactly the same when I go back home, for all of my friends to be there ready and willing to hang out. But things change...it's just really weird to think about.
I came back to Tally the 2nd for the governor's parade, and made $150 for being in it. not too shabby.
This semester will hopefully be a lot more relaxed that last semester. Not the classes [physics 2 and calc 3] I'm really stressing about physics 2, seeing as I got my first C ever in physics 1 this past semester. Other than those 2 classes, my other 2 classes won't be too bad. There's no chiefs, which means I will have a lot more free time. Just school, seminole sound, FRIENDS!, and good times. And I'm going to continue working out, so I don't gain back the weight I lost from doing chiefs.
