card board Conundrum
yah I was only supposed to be on call today for 1 to 1:30 but they woke me up at 9 and told me to work from 11 to 6. I though this was really weird but like I'm going to complain I needed extra hours and I didn't have any plans. I went there and They put me in the back and I had never done anything in the back so that was weird but fairly easy except when I accidentally took a bucket to the wrong place and I though there wasn't card board at the bottom of the bailer but there was and we went to all this work to take all the clothes out only to find that there was FREAKIN card board!! That was acctually the easy not confusing part at about four everyone in the back went home and was like well blayne you can go home but I was like I was supposed to stay till six. So I tracked down the manager and she bumped me to 6:30 and told me to hang hangers up and listen for the door bell for onsite donations. Then she left and the new manager though I just arrived, was staying till 9:30 and that I was like talking all the duties of one of the people in the back. He called me out to lift furniture and I had no idea where the dolly was or what to do and I was so confused and awkward you could have told me that I was a flamingo and I would have believed you. When I was very close to home time I was sent to help some lady take her furniture out to her car but the furniture was huge and her care was freakin small as hell. I tried to tell her that it wouldn't fit but she wouldn't listen and almost broke her car trying to get it in mean while I was freezing my ass off. She asked me to take her furniture across the street to here work and I was about to but then she randomly asked some guy with a fan to help her and he did. After that I went home...feeling confused. I hope this didn't happen cause I suck at being a cashier...O___O
