Southern Exposure
Ah still can't believe ah'm living in a national park! The adobe stucco house ah live in is perched in da Guadalupe mountain range overlooking da Chihuahuan Desert. Two nights ago, ah sat on da hood of my car nestled in da Guadalupe Mountains. The cool desert breeze blew through mah hair as I watched sporadic blazes of lightening on the horizon illuminate the dusk sky bright pink. Last night, ah saw da Milky Way for da first time while stargazing in mah backyard. And da caves! Walking through Carlsbad Caverns is a complete other worldly experience...unforgettable and full of mystery with just da right soundtrack. Work just doesn't feel like work.
