I just have one question....how many humvees could $40 million armour? I guess it's more important to have an extravagant celebration than to possibly save soldier's lives. I'm not saying that the money used for the inauguration would have definitively gone to increasing protection for the soldiers fighting in Iraq, but that would be one way of spending it. And wouldn't it be nice if the companies who are pouring even more money into this party would give it to the USO, or AIDS research? But no, that wouldn't give them any "bonus points" for the Leave No Billionaire Behind campaign.
Oh yea, and maybe we could come up with an exit strategy....please? Pretty pretty please with sugar on top?
And, for the record, I did not participate in the NODDD stupidity. Nor did I throw trash at the limo, thankyouverymuch.
