Well I can't believe it's been a while since Ive posted! Last time I posted it was July and I had my nursing final.
unfortunately, 8 weeks have gone by and I have to start school again on monday which is god awful. These past 8 weeks flew by way too quick! The good news is, is that I passed nursing and pharm during the summer. That final was awful....I was convinced I failed for two days and I hope i never have to have that feeling again in the next two semesters.
This past summer has been great. Since i have been out of school, i worked full time and made money back which is amazing that I'm not that poor anymore. Today was my last full day at work....crazy. I also spent a week on the cape with my girls and it was an awesome time. We prety much beached it everyday and just relaxed...just what i needed. I also spent a weekend in Maine going white water rafting and it was the best time ever. I definately want to do it again on a harder river cause it was totally not enough of an adrenaline rush even though I almsot fell out of the raft. I also went on a cruise to bermuda with my family. I got back last friday and that was also an amazing time. It was again so nice to just relax and sit in the sun all week and not have to worry about a damn thing. It sailed out of boston and we had perfect weather the whole trip with calm seas. ohh summer how i love it!
Other than things I've done, I also met a boy that is new and unaffiliated with anyone i know. I met him at a house party at the end of july at ozz's coworkers house. we ended up hitting it off that night and he took me to a sox game for our first date. let's just say that date went well and we are still seeing each other. it's really exciting cause he's awesome so far and I don't remember the last time i was so giggly about a guy so it's good! hopefully things will work out for us, but with school starting i know it'll only get harder.
other than that life is good for now! friends are good, still keeping in touch with ben and kyle and just enjoying the free time. it's my last weekend of freedom, so i'm sure the next time i post i'll be bitching about school and how my life is back to hell! can't believe september is around the corner...
