Pet Peeve on Wheels

I saw an ambulance drive by my hospital the other day. Not unusual, except it said: "Kidzulance--Ambulance for kids".

Okay, that bugs the snot out of me. I can't stand the lazy practice of slapping two incoherent words together.

"Join us for our BEDTACULAR sale at BedsRWe!" "Eat Joe's Pizza! It's PIZZARIFFIC!" "The third annual ORIGAMIGANZA begins this weekend!"

No, no , no, no, no, no, NO! Never, EVER do that! It's just stupid. Some common abuses:

-iffic
-acular
-ganza
-palooza
-abulous (Exception: fantabulous. I actually kinda like that word.)
-astic
-asborg
-astrous
-ongous
-actic
-aroo

Did I miss any? I admit that there are a few exceptions that I tolerate. I make no comment on what they are at this time (except for the one already mentioned above).
