Good Friday
The Day of the cross
So I’ll cherish the old rugged cross,
Till my trophies at last I lay down;
I will cling to the old rugged cross,
And exchange it some day for a crown.
I was in church earlier today. So different from our usual church service, this one was so solemn and almost everybody was wearing black. Well, yeah, Good Friday is a day to reflect and mourn, to follow Jesus to the cross.
But... as our pastor said, it's a bit difficult to be sad since we know the story, Jesus didn't end with his death but he had his victory and resurrection the third day. Yay! ** \(^o^)/* * **
