LOG Excerpt: A Few Well Placed Words Losens the Tongue

Jun 27, 2008 22:14

Jibril shakes his head with a little purr, "There, you see, Navarre. His tongue can be loosened, it only requires a certain motivation. No, my poor unfortunate. I do readily assure you, there is always pleasure in my touch" his voice becomes an acerdic whisper. "should I will it."

Navarre turns his focus back to Delilah, a worried frown plastered in place. "I don't know if I countered it in time or even if it can be." He takes the vial and syringe, preparing an additional though small dose for his patient. "I haven't practiced counteracting such things in a very long time."

Delilah remains unconscious but different muscles twitch at times without her conscious control. Her expression is currently one of pain.

Jibril replies in a soft tone, "I am certain that your skills have countered the effects. If you are not confident in what you do, you shall not achieve greatness. There are thorns and snares all the way forward. He that doth keep his soul shall be far from them. Your love is your guide, use it." To the assassin he whispers softly. "Rest at ease that I will turn you over to Navarre now that you have been forthcoming, though you might wish that I had elected to keep you. My way of retribution would have been far more pleasurable, I am certain." he smirks, "At least for me."

If Navarre is very nice, he might put up the full log eventually:)
