I'm pretty sure C12 is somewhere around, I just have to find it @__@ (It's odd-sized so it can't fit on the same shelf as the rest.)

Bookstore extras (manga papers and/or postcards) for A-12, B-8, B-11, E-1 and E-5 will be included.

Also, E-1 is missing part of its obi strip, if that's okay with you?
