Didn't get to see the . . . whatever this new boycreature is on Thursday after all, or yesterday, which was the backup plan. Went to work yesterday, then to the ex-boy's place to (theoretically) talk about stuff except he is an idiot and managed to make that utterly impossible in a way which resulted in my telling him he should probably hide all sharp objects next time we're going to be in the same room, because it's better if I eviscerate him verbally rather than physically. x__X He's apologized (sincerely, repeatedly, and at length) but I'm just not done being angry.

But! I got to hang out with Hangatu today. :DD She is still one of my favorite people. We fangirled Obama, Neil Gaiman, Terry Pratchett, and Joss Whedon together. For several hours. While sitting in Starbucks, with other customers probably wondering if we were completely insane. Oh, and compared weird personal lives. Mine still wins the crazy contest. I am a little proud, mostly because the alternative is being really depressed.

If I don't get something together with the Potential (heh, now I have the mental image of him as one of the potential slayers from season 7 Buffy) tomorrow I may have to just give up. XD Our inability to actually arrange to be in the same room is just not very promising.

Anyway! Off to watch V For Vendetta.
