Being just slightly sick is very frustrating. Not sick enough to stay home and sleep, but sick enough to desperately want to do so. And to distract everyone with coughing fits.

We finally have a cast list for Information For Foreigners, and I'm quite pleased with it. I'm playing the Mother in scene #9, which is probably my favourite part of the show -- it's all silly melodrama until the last few lines switch to realism and make it suddenly very disturbing. I'm in three other scenes, too (everyone's playing at least three roles except for Cailin, who is the Wet Girl and thus has plenty to do with only the one) but this is the fun one.

We're still looking for a couple of people to be our audience plants, I think, so . . . Madison people? Any desire to help out with a show? It would most likely be a very small time commitment. If you're interested, let me know and I'll give you Vicky's e-mail address so you can contact her.

Things are getting better. At the beginning of the year, I knew I was in the right place, but things hadn't gotten started yet. All through last semester it was frustrating because it seemed like nothing was happening, although I wasn't sure what to expect. Things are moving along now. I'm in a show, I'm actually working towards my major, and I'm getting to know a lot more people.

Thank you for not sucking as much as you looked like you were going to, 2007. ♥
