Day 6. Favourite Ex-Mode/Ex-Burst
Alright. This is an interesting question, like most of the others; it can be broken up in to several small aspects. I'm going to try and keep it simple, however, just because else I'll end up on a rambling tangent for the rest of time about why models are awesome and why EX-Bursts are amazing!
Favourite EX-Mode / Model
Surprisingly, I'm not going to say Firion! (cue shock horror / gasps). As much as I love his EX-Burst attack I don't like his EX-Burst look. I mean, sure, the Blood Weapons are pretty cool but there's hardly any change and what change there is just doesn't quite scream 'wooooow' to me (this would be because Firion does not strip nude...)
Sooo, in terms of model, I'm going to resort to my shallow roots and say that it's spectacle over practical for model-style. I really like the Trance-able characters (Kuja, Zidane and Terra) just because it's really awesome to have a whole new style (and Trance is awesome!). I also like Sephiroth's one-wing thing (but that's because I fan girl FF7 to the hilt!). As much as I'm warming to the Emperor, I'm not sure his demonic-form is quite so awesome, but I do like his Emperor of Light form (not that it changes a great deal between normal and EX-Burst...)
Also, I love weapons so I'm a sucker for people equipping their uber shiny ultimate weapon. I have fond memories of crafting Lionheart and obtaining Ultima Weapon, so it's always nice to see them!
TLDR; I like flashy EX-transformations! (and uber shiny weapons!)

Simple answer is simple;

Yes, I know. It's Firion and it's totally obvious, but there is actually a modicum of sense behind my fan-worship of this move. It restores your health! Now, I know that the Emperor's does a similar thing but at the moment my Emperor is a puny weak little man who heals himself for about 500hp (if I'm lucky... -_-;; )
Firion's on the other hand, hits several times and heals for a substantial amount more (we're talking 2'000 or so, but then he is level 100..).
Also on the plus side, I get to hear his hot, gravelly voice roaring out about how this decides it, feeling it in his blood and this is the end.. sooo I'm happy! :D
