I was really sore after my run yesterday (and for the entire rest of the day) and I really wondered how I'd make it through another 3-mile run today, as prescribed by my training program. I did a lot of stretching and IcyHotting before bed, and somehow I'm feeling okay this morning, so I think I'll be fine when I hit the treadmill on my lunch
