A Outdated version of Facebook without no decent interface. Advertisements which causes the pages to be constantly messed up. Seriously outdated HTML and No real way to check what everyone is doing based on date of post. Looking through friends is almost impossible and why isn't your user page in the same color scheme of your "post" page

Eh, it's blogging. Blogging Lite. I never really considered it a fully-fledged social networking site. It's just a place to write shit, since I notice the FB crowd roundly ignores everything you write that's over 100 words, like on every other site that isn't blog-based.

Then again, I was raised on LJ from when I was a wee 13-year-old, so I'm actually having trouble adjusting to FB.

heh ok, i see how it is.

the reason i wanted to join it is to read from groups of people who share similar geeky interests as me like the aquarium people, foodies, science nerds furries etc. i don't know but it seems to be a lot different than facebook-- you meet people online based on similar interests rather than adding your preexisting friends to a social network.

that being said i'm not active here at all, so what do i know... i just like reading what other people have to say.
