We have an available unit at Tortuga - 850 Williams Way, #1. It's 2 bedroom, 1 bath. 900+ square feet. Amenities: Community Lounge, Community Gym. Hop, skip, & a jump from 85/101/280, Caltrain and Stevens Creek Trail. Open-minded community, hot-tub, regular socials/BBQ's/parties.
As a data point, I bought my unit (same floorplan) for $330k, though my analysis says its fair market value for is about $300k. (No, I don't feel ripped off, we arrived at $330k in a mutually agreeable way :-) Anyway, not sure how different avani's unit is, but I think they will probably be asking for more due to various improvements they've made.
