New Things (Minutiae)
I found this maximum-ride Youtube vid of Scar (Fullmetal). It was set to a really annoying Lion King 2 song, but because IT WAS SCAR, IT WAS LIEK SO AWESOME.
Google it if you must, because I don't recommend spoilery vids to the uninitiated, it isn't polite.
I also found myself a new pet song.
"When You're Evil" by Voltaire.
I LOVE IT.
It reminds me of someone. Or both of them, at once.
The best part is, the dude singing it sounds the same way I sound, doing the same trick vocally, which means performances at some point. ^_^
He's singing right where my chest voice stops being chesty and starts to "disappear" because it wants to go up into my head, but I don't have enough air behind it. Men like to sit in that range. Which is why I am not a tenor. I can go over and sideways, but not to or under. Goddamnit.
Although. I'm learning how to "fake" a higher voice. Is this why Queen songs are fun? Because they're capoed sideways? Ohdear. XD
I wish they gave females falsetto training.
Yes, I'm serious. When you have a low register like mine, you need falsetto training. Because for women to sing low is Wirong.

Well, actually my favorite song was "Kiss the Girl", but. *Eheh.*
God. I can remember when that movie came out. And how excited I was. And how, in a movie theatre with it totally dark, it was like really being underwater.
But, if he doesn't kiss you. You turn back into a mermaid.
