Recently, I was turned on to Questionable Content and Something Positive by xthread. I'm still getting caught up on back episodes of SP.
Just now, I found a pointer at PureDoxyk's site (of the uberman sleep schedule fame) to a really funny (if sacrilegious) comic called Leave it to Jesus. OMFG! There were several laugh out loud moments in the first 20 strips. One of my faves so far is this one.
For all three, I'd probably recommend starting at the beginning and moving forward in time until you're caught up. For Questional Content, it's really important, and for Something Positive and Leave it to Jesus, there are at least mini arcs that should be read in sequence.
