You would have thought in these days of globalisation setting up a PayPal account for a British Citizen who has a credit card with a billing address not in the UK would be a piece of cake. I mean, there have been people living and working in Foreign Parts for a little while now

And the email from the support drone was about the worst example of customer care I have seen for some time. Basically it read: 'No, cannot. But here's the step-by-step instructions for setting up a credit card when you sort out your billing address to be where it should be'

Anyway, would someone be able to assist me in my hour of need by making a GBP payment via PayPal for me; I can arrange funds transfer from my UK bank account more or less instantly though it may take three days to clear Sorted, flickgc is a star :)
