end of the year
It has come and gone, one whole year already and I am done with my first year of college. It seems crazy to me that it is over already and I went to hold on and not let go. I finished my last exam today and will be heading home tomorrow. I was so happy to get done with exams that now it is finally hitting me how much I do not want to leave here. I was talking with my friend about how college really is like an escape from reality. I come here and have this great place to live, eat, interact, learn and do so much more. Now I will be heading home where I will be working all summer long in the hope of making enough money to pay for school. That's just the way it is. It will also be strange to see everyone. I feel like so much has changed, but so little at the same time; I am refering to when everyone from home will get together.
This next part is just for me, sort of a way to remind myself about the awesome memories I had: Moving-In Day, Joining every group at Brition Bash, 1st West is the Best, The "long" walk home from parties, "can we sit and take a rest?", pre parties on 3rd West, working at Kids n Stuff, Fordies, Justice with Gene, John Mayer, Going into town, MLK trip, choir concernts, fraternity parties, where's the party at?, iconz, being the first to show up at parties, being the last to leave a party, SVB meetings, free movies at the Bohm, pledging Sigma Chi, SPA Spring Break, DEAL, GUY, Shooter, hitting on girls with boyfriends, are you serious?, NASCAR party, tour guide=hot perspectives, roller coast ride life, locked out of the room again!?, scary roommate, passing out at 2, pimps and hoes party, finally becoming a brother of Sigma Chi...wow it was an amazing year!
