i have an interview in an hour which i am not at all prepared.
i know my strong points, but what is good weakness to spill in an interview (i hate this question).
also, since my mind is drawing a blank, someone give me an example of a time that i used good customer service skills to handle a difficult situation. how about a time i made a mistake with a customer and had to correct it.
any good ideas would be appreciated since i am going to end up making it up anyway.
