congratulations to todd and miguel!! They both got in to medical school last week. Both applied early decision and got in on their first try. not bad for a couple of 22 year olds. we went to lunch today at the japanese kitchen to celebrate. i hadn't been there before and the food was pretty good. also, it's reasonably priced if you go there for lunch.
also got word that i have some carrizozo(?) cherry cider coming to me after the weekend. my best friend is in southern new mexico visiting family and called today to let me know they're going to pick up some for me on her way back. *yum*
