The following exchange happened Friday early afternoon.
Me: Hello?
Caller: Is this Josh Baker?
Me: Yes.
Caller: Are you a videographer?
Me: Uh, yeah.
Caller: I'm from the Montell Williams show, are you available tomorrow?
Me: Tomorrow's...Saturday?
Caller: Yes.
Me: Unfortunately I have a commitment already.
Caller: OK, thanks anyway, bye.
It was a quick conversation, no more than 30 seconds, but boy, was it strange. I have so many questions. What was I going to do for them? Why are they in Indianapolis? How did they get my number? Will they ever call again?
Thus came and went my strangest opportunity to date.
