Some things worth posting about
Two major things have happened.
First, I have an interview with the Newport-Harbor School District on Wed. 7/21 about an elementary teaching job. This could be my big break into the teaching world, so everyone keep your fingers crossed and whatnot.
Second, I have successfully auditioned into the sportive Tricks, an Irish/Celtic Folk Music band that plays at various Renaissance Fairs and bars and stuff. This will be my chance to dump some creative musical energy into something worthwhile.
Funny that these two things happened within 24 hours of each other.
