maybe because the way you've been going through women, according to here, it sounds like you weren't making "love" to her. You had sex with her. Maybe it's not what she intended, so it's akward. or, maybe she did intend, but doesn't want anything more to come out of it. try taking a break from women, so you know what you want and maybe you will find what you need.
