Loving and Being in Love
If you love someone you could break up with them and, although it would hurt at the time, you could get over them. If you’re in love with someone then that’s it. They are so important to you, such an integral part of your existence that there’s no way you would willingly leave them...no matter how many times they’ve hurt you.
Why is it that others confuse the two? One person in a relationship would easily forget the other while the other will never forget them. That would be such a hard situation to be in. You’re in a relationship..you love the person you’re in a relationship with and yet...what if the one you were always in love with comes back? Which one is more worth it?
That is my biggest fear...to finally find someone and love them but the one I was in love with comes back to me. Should I stay or should I go? I’m afraid if he ever comes back I wouldn’t hesitate to be with him and leave the one I was with. Why? Because no matter how many times he’s hurt me, I still would always be in love with him. What would I do? Who’s worth more...the one that’s in love with you or the one that you’ve always been in love with? In the end where would I make the choice?
My greatest wish is that I wouldn’t have to make it. My greatest wish is that I wouldn’t have to find anyone else.
