I've been thinking (which is almost never good) and ave discovered something about christianity.
It is more than belief, it is surrender. You are not a christian unless you surrender your will to God's. So a non practicing christian does not/could not exist. And what's more, if you consider yourself a practicing Christian, and you are not actively seeking out or laying down your will/plans/identity for Jesus, you may not be the real deal either.
Mathew 7:21
"Not everyone who says to me, 'Lord, Lord,' will enter the Kingdom of heaven, but only he who does the will of my father who is in heaven."
Not to mention that verse says even the demons believe and tremble at His name.
I felt quite convicted.
