Grrrr

I'm starting to get upset with the park manager down south. He has been telling us that utilities are included with rent. Today he told us that non-metered utilities (water, sewer, and trash), are NOT included and will be about $75 a month, making the monthly total about $475, or $25 more than where we are now instead of $50 less. That means he has been lying to us this whole time. Only electric is covered, and how do so few people make for a water bill that high? We lived in an apartment complex with a split water bill and three times as many people as that park, and the only time it got close to $75 was in December (when there were a lot of visitors). Is water really five times as much down there? To be honest I'm more upset about the lying than the price.

Okay, water is three times the price down there. $1.08 per 100 cubic feet in Sacramento county, $3.25 per 100 cubic feet in Ventura county. But if there are only a fraction of the people, and not all people have dishwashers and and bathtubs, and the park has terribly low water pressure (which would result in less water usage), I think some of that money is going in his pocket.
