I have been an electronic hermit lately.
E-town has been good to me since I returned after the holidays. I only wish i could say the same for romantic relationships and for school.
Actually, school is ok now that I have settled back into the term. So I guess it's just the relationships part. OH well.
Anyway, I had hoped to be able to come home for the reading week but then I realized that I ony have a few dollars to my name until I get paid next week. Rats.
FIVE reasons motivate me to come home in March:
1) I will have money
2) My schedule provides me with long weekends (Wednesday - Sunday).
3) I miss my friends and family in K-W
4) My birthday is March 11 (I will be 26...yipes)
5) My sister and I are selling the house I've lived in since I was 6. We should be putting it on the market sometime in March.
What does this mean? It means I want to have a great big party.
I am thinking about the weekend of March 11 as it is my birthday...but Kamil says he has to work so I am considering other dates. I want to circulate an electronic invitation soon so that interested parties can mark it on their calenders. But I haven't yet decided on a weekend.
So I thought, for starters, I would do a livejournal survey. What weekends work best for interested people during March? I wouldn't necessarily be so anal in planning a date but I do have to fly home. and i want people to be able to come.
Anyway, I would really like to do this .. and make it a big thing, if possible.
