Yeah, big surprise guys
I got a call this morning from an old high school friend (who is a freshman here) saying that his family was in town and wanted to come by and say hi. Well, actually it was about 1:30, but I hadn't been up for very long. Needless to say, I was wearing a wife-beater and a pair of shorts, no bra, no makeup, no contacts, and no shower. Our basic conversation was this: "Hey, are you at home?" "Yeah...who is this?" "It's Grant. My family is here and they'd like to see you and your room." "Um, ok...where are you guys?" "Look out the window." So I proceeded to stick my head out the window, and who do I see but Grant and his entire family standing right under my window looking up at me. All three sisters and both parents. And me in my pajamas. Surprise!! Thanks guys. Now, I've known his entire family since Pack 43 days, so I couldn't wave them off. The next five minutes proceeded to be some of the fastest dressing-makeuping-cleaning-room moments of my life. And natually, my AC is on the fritz right now, so my room was moderately muggy. Thankgod I did the dishes and tossed all of my dirty clothes in the extra closet yesterday.
Man, the fridge smells kinda icky, and I don't know why. I tossed all the bad food. I really don't want to 409 the whole damn thing.
