Breast Obsessed
We went to renfaire on Saturday. We couldn't *really* afford to, but since it was only going to be 90f/32c that day, we decided to go anyway, since last year, it was 120f/49c [which was why we didn't go], and it will be well over 100f/37c at the next faire in October. Troy's friend owed him $80, and since the card machine at faire wasn't working, they let us in for half price :D
The girls wanted to do the scavenger hunt, so while we were waiting for that to get organised, Troy & I just hung out in the shade. One of the captains of the hunt talked to us for a bit, and made a comment on the size of my boobs. He went away & came back a few minutes later. He said we should participate in the adult scavenger hunt at 3 o'clock. He said "The prizes get bigger & so do we"...then pointed at my boobs & said "You're already there, obviously". He made a couple more comments like that, it was funny. The last thing he said to me was "You should put those things away, you might hurt someone!" :p I really don't think my boobs are THAT big. I wasn't in costume, just my regular clothes, so my breasts were not on display.....
Anyway, another couple talked us into joining the scavenger hunt, so we did. Our team won, woohoo!! We got lots of trinkets...brooches, earrings, etc. And coupons for free food! Yum :D
I wish we weren't so broke, one merchant had GORGEOUS leather corsets for $80!! There was gorgeousness everywhere, I don't think I'd ever have enough money to buy all I want from faire!
I wanted to stay till closing, but it just got too hot. I was dizzy & nauseated towards the end, we only stayed for 3 hours. Why can't our faires be in the cooler months?
Chloe thinks we should join the SCA. I'm thinking about it...
