Weekend, Etc
We went to 'free pancakes day' last week at IHOP. I'm the only one that ordered the free pancakes, haha :p Now I know why we don't go on free pancakes day...EVERYONE else goes on that day!
Saturday was spent shopping. I bought a very cute carry~on bag, luggage tags, and a power converter set. So much to do & only 19 days to do it in. We went to the mall & to Trader Joe's, too. Troy bought a cute, black wrap dress for me & a shirt for himself. We made an appointment for the girls to have their photos taken. Haven't done that in years!
Giving out burritos gets better every weekend. Yesterday was so amazing. I have never seen so many happy faces & heard so many thankful voices. It was awesome. I'm not going to let some jerk ruin this for me or for anyone. I wish I could give all those people everything they need. We made about 175 burritos!! Cooking all those beans & all that rice is exhausting, but it is so worth it.
Girls might go to L.A. for a week, while I'm gone. Or was it the week before I leave? If it's the week before I leave, I don't know if that's okay with me. I'll already have to be away from them for 10 days, but maybe it will be easier that way? Help me get used to being away? I've been away from Annika for a month, but had Chloe & Troy. I've been away from Chloe for 3 days, but had Troy. I've been away from Troy for 3 weeks, but had both girls. I haven't done anything on my own in soooo long. I can't even tell you the last time I did something on my own. It will be strange to have only myself to look after.
I am so tired today. And this is getting too long :p
