wow
saturday was just a great day all around.
i was super stressed when i woke up, then my lady decided to get me a real massage and that helped calmed me down for the rest of the day. i wasn't nervous or anxious until about 5 when i got to the club, which really is a world record for me.
my friend + band came up from philly to play the show, and it was a lot of fun hanging with them. plus everyone else that showed up. besides the sound guy being the biggest douche ever, i think it was one of the most fun nights i've had in a long time. it was nonstop insanity and great from start to finish. the bands all rocked. then we all got to dance. i love being in that back room. the douchebag sound guy left the mics on stage but some people started kinda singing into them. one of the guys wanted to know if the mics were on so he could possibly use them. ha. no way. i don't need anyone singing depeche mode songs to the crowd in a drunken blur. ergh.
i'm definitely going to throw more of these parties instead of doing a weekly. sweet.
i'm gonna be glowing about this hopefully for awhile.
