her horse that she was riding... he stayed at a neighbor's i believe?

Scout was my horse, he died at the hands of a vet. Long story short, Scout belonged to this lady Ellen, Ellen could no longer care for him, I got him, nursed him back to health, I needed to do some expanding so Scout went back to her sons pasture, he was due to come home next week, Ellen's son decided to kill him today.

I'm so very sorry to hear this - I remember what a good friend you were for my loss and I'll never forget that.
