1st hour dance we learned part of Whitney and Lacey's hip hop dance to tryout to. I loved their dance, but when I was performing it, I didn't seem all into it (because I'm always nervous when I tryout for dances). I hope they didn't think that I didn't wanna be in it or something, because I really really do. They only get to pick like 8 people though. I don't know when we get to find out, but I hope I'm one of them! Then Whitney K. taught us some of her dance. WHOA you gotta have some major technique to be in that one! We had to pull through in our split in the beginning. We also had to so some attitude looking thing into a grab your leg up to your face and hold it. Then we had to develope our leg 180 degrees while your upper body is facing down. Then we also had to develope our leg 90 degrees, then bring it in a half circle to the back, then slowly reach down to the floor while your leg is going higher (I forgot what the word was in ballet terms). Then we had to do a single stag on the left side. And that was just for the tryout piece. I missed the day when she showed our class the whole dance, but everyone said it involved a lot of technique. I don't know if I explained the things right, but hopefully you get the point. Just practicing her dance today in class made me so sweaty and tired! 2nd hour math we did part of our test. ugh. I didn't answer half of the problems (4) on the first page.Then after I turned it in, I realized the formulas for it were on our trig card! blah. oh well. The second page of it was pretty easy. We get to finish our test tomorrow. 3rd hour stuco I collected money from Ms. Waite's class, and since they didn't want me to collect their money yesterday, I got oh-so-much money today! It was so heavy! hehe but that's good, more money for Tsunami Relief! Hopefully we will raise enough money to beat Mesquite!!! haha but Mesquite started a week earlier, so that's why I think they have more money than us. Hopefully we can catch up! I was so about to not go to 4th our marketing today, becase TIGER IDOL was today and that's my committee in stuco that's in charge of that. Shawna and Annie didn't go to their 4th hours, but I really needed to go to mine because if I didn't go, it wouldn't be excused. So I ended up going to my 4th hour class. I'm glad I did. They seemed like they did fine without me during the 4th hour Tiger Idol. I asked Ms. Bell in 4th hour if I could leave a few minutes early, she said I could. I had so much to do before Tiger Idol. I had to go collect more money from 3 classes (it ended up only being like $1 though, nobody wanted to donate), then count it. It took me about 10 minutes. Then finally I went down there and helped out with Tiger Idol. Becca Allen did sang so unbelievably good! I kinda wished she won, I felt like she really deserved it, but Lindsey and Spencer were really funny so it was cool that they won. 6th hour english we just went over our chapter 2 quiz. 7th hour physics we just finished up our lab.
