Menu:
Fillet mignon topped with blue cheese and a red wine/beef reduction sauce
Garlic greenbeans
Roasted red potatoes with olive oil, thyme and rosemary
Grilled portibello mushrooms with goat cheese

Dessert - Coconut/mango bread pudding.
