(no subject)
I know its been a while since I updated... Today's Wednesday. I leave Sat. at noon to go back down to school. I'm kind of going to miss home/the rain. But lord, it will be nice to see more than 20 minutes of sunshine. I actually saw some stars last night. amazing, I know.
So I went up and saw Josh 2 weekends ago. It was a quick trip, but really fun. I love how every time I go to the border in my mom's car, they ask whose car it is. Just cuz its a nice car, c'mon guys.... Anyway, our shoe buying (thanks josh), was successful. IT only turned out to be like $32 US for some cool kicks. :)
Got home Saturday night, my friend Becky (no, not our becky) and her now hubby Quinn's wedding was Sunday. I was a huppah holder. SO cool to be right up there with the family, and able to look and into the bride and groom's eyes to see how happy they were. THe shoes killed. I didnt' realize I'd be standing still in them for like 40 minutes on the bimah, AND have to walk down lots of stairs, while holding hte huppah. oy. It was totally worth it though. THe party was right afterwards, and it was so much fun!!! It was done in a tea party style, and afterwards, we ewnt back to the family's house for present opening and drinks. I had something that was blue w/ rum and something and a swedish fish in the bottom of it... :)
ahhhh I have to go get dressed. Having lunch with grandma in a half hour, and i have to go pick something up to eat! THen off to work in Seattle again. hopefully I won't be bored....
