food experimentation

so my new brewing hobby has me sending vast quantities of yeast down to the chesapeake. tonight, megan and i are trying to put it to a better use. we harvested about half of the leftover yeast and added flour to it. with luck, we'll pull off what the ancient epgytians did, and have some good bread later tonight. :)

in other news, i have to go to NYC for work this weekend. other guys that have gone on this project in past weeks scored 25+ hours of OT in two days. sure, the extra money will be nice, but i value my free time a little more than i value money..... ah well :(
