Fuckity fuck fuck
SO I don't think I'm gonna make it into NYPD for the next year if I still try. They really fucked me over this year and I don't know what's going to happen with that. My friends tell me that army OCS is a bad idea, but I gave it some thought. Job security for the next couple of years and government benefits for being a 2nd lt and possibly blowing stuff up can't be that bad - besides the fact that other people are also getting paid to blow me up.
I was called in to cover someone at work today for 8am, but now that I'm here, everything is locked up and there is nobody in sight. Oh no? Did I miss a memo or something? This is pretty annoying. My mom is getting annoyed with me staying in the house and as of now, I don't have a very steady or good source of income. I suppose I should just give up on my dreams of being a cop and start looking for some other boring job that I'll probably hate having like all the others.
I think TOny's in this school play that I'm working later today. I read the script earlier and it was horrible. I believe it's supposed to be a musical, but it is appauling. Every other word on the page is a swear word, which normally is ok with me, but this being a live play, I just feel that it is inappropriate. If I wanted to hear 2 hours of swearing, I'd go find a Terrantino film.
