One of the Best Days Ever
Last night was lots of fun. Me and James went out to eat with Justin and Ashley at Applebee's and then we all met up with Sam and Joe at the fair. There was a lot of little kids there. I felt was too old. But we played a few games and Justin won the game we played. So Ashley was carrying around a big racoon it was funny.
Then we went back to James house and me and Sam and Ashley sat inside and talked for like two hours while the guys sat outside aroung the bonfire. It was fun catching up.
Then today I saw one of the coolest things I ever have. We knew that James mom's boyfriend was going to purpose today so he wanted all the kids there. So we get there when we're supposed to and there wasn't a ring on her finger so I was so excited. So we hang out for a little while then he has all of us sit down in the living room and gives her a card and then gives this little speech and asks her to marry him right there in front of all us kids. To see someone so happy is amazing. Me and his sister were crying too. I was so happy for her, she is the greatest lady in the world and she deserves nothing more than to be happy. Just one of those warm fuzzy moments. So cute.
Well that's my update for now. Got finals this week. Not looking forward whatsoever. Then a week off and two weeks of crazy studying for my class then back to the grind of work. I just got a promotion at the doctors office that I am way excited about. Now I'll be hooking up EKGs, holter monitors, and stress tests. It's gonna be crazy busy but I'm stoked about it. Huge pay raise too. The best part. Well, gonna finish watching Grey's Anatomy now.
