Today my legs, especially my quads felt totally trashed, and yet, I went to the gym and did squats and shoulder presses and some t-bar rows. I did some light cardio before and after as well. It feels good, but I think tomorrow is a complete REST night, though I might, if I'm not sore do week 2, day 2 for 5k. I didn't get a chance to play with any of the pictures tonight, I wound up raiding and talking to a friend instead. That's okay.
