Good Idea: planning a camping trip
Bad Idea: not planning and just leaving for a camping trip without all the needed supplies
Good Idea: camping in a remote location
Bad Idea: not bringing enough money for camping when the nearest town is a half hour away and
they have no idea what an ATM is
Good Idea: picking a campsite that's not too close to any other campers
Bad Idea: picking a campsite next to the most obnoxious children who ever lived
Good Idea: collecting firewood
Bad Idea: somehow angering a swarm of yellowjackets while looking for firewood, leading to a great
chase through the woods and 3 stings on my left hand
Good Idea: going for a hike
Bad Idea: dropping my glasses while hiking and cracking them
Good Idea: building a fire
Bad Idea: building a fire that shoots out embers that give you burns on your legs
No, seriously, it was a good weekend though. Much love for nature... just those damn yellowjackets!!!
