I fell asleep at 9:30 this morning and didn't wake up till 5. I had dinner for breakfast, and I spose I'll have a midnight snack for lunch. I was so confused; I opened my eyes and everything was dark and I thought it might still be early in the morning or something. It didn't add up. Last night Darlayna and Jaimie and Marianne and I drove all the way to Bellevue to see Owen, without his knowing. When we got there we discovered he could only be with us for like twenty minutes. There's this old rehabilitation center that's been closed for several years, but some of the lights are still on, and there are wheelchairs in the hallways and overgrown weeds everywhere. It felt like '28 Days Later.' Very Scurry. After he left, we drove to Seattle and dined at the Hurricane, just like old times, and Dar called some infomercial company that sells knives and asked the operator if he liked his job. I'm already starting to miss everyone and I haven't even left.
