I've had two offers for help in finding such a place, and so I imagine I'll have somewhere very soon. Accommodations are easily found here, apparently.

Indeed, inside. I am not one to normally crave many comforts, but it is wonderful indeed to be able to bathe with hot water from so little effort.

It has been explained to me that the water is under pressure somewhere, and is pushed through the walls in pipes.
