Happy Friday!
Top 5 reasons I'm in such a good mood this morning:
5. It's snowing! Big pretty fluffy flakes were falling when P and I left the house this morning, and it's still coming down if perhaps not so heavily now.
4. I am highly optimistic about being able to ship my holiday pkgs on Monday. Things are progressing better than I'd hoped and the final ideas are brewing.
3. I'm halfway through December and my new job starts Jan 1.
2. I spoke to
ofenjen on the phone yesterday, which is always nice to do, and I definitely need to do it more often!

1. It's Friday!
EDIT: It stopped snowing by maybe 10am and the sun came out. When I came out of Costco around noon it was lightly snowing again. When I got home with the groceries I noticed that all the snow in the front yard had already melted. While I was in the house putting away stuff it started coming down like a freaking blizzard, these big giant fluffy flakes, fast and furious. I was in the house no more than 10 minutes, I swear, and when I left to head back to work the whole front yard was totally white again. I could barely see driving back to the office, thinking that the schools were probably going to dismiss early, and had to dash into the building to avoid getting covered in snow. By the time I made it to my office on the second floor it was sunny outside and had stopped. WTF?????
