the culprit for my malaise recently: allergies!!
stupid allergies!
took one of those 24 hour relief pills yesterday after dinner and though the swelling in my throat and itchiness around my nose and eyes dissipated, my breathing passages were so dry--part of the reason i couldn't fall asleep very easily last night.
bleh.
hopefully this ridiculous thing called allergies isn't affecting me when i'm in vancouver.
