they lied to me about financing. They tell me that I have 0% interest for 12 months, so I planned to pay $100 a month to have it paid off. Well, the first bill, it says nothing about a finance charge, the second bill gives me a $45 finance charge from this and last month. Basically they deferred the charge from the first bill so that I couldn't return the computer (because of their 21-day return policy) for full price. Now they tell me that I can either accept the plan (that they LIED about), or return my computer and printer with a 20% restocking fee (aka $200). And of course when I call customer service, there's no way that I can speak to an AMERICAN, it was like trying to complain to BORAT. grrr.
I looked up a bunch of anti-dell website, and found out that basically the only thing I can do is deal with it (or file a lawsuit, and the one person who did this only won $22 in the case). So needless to say, I will NEVER be buying any dell products ever again. Because apparently as long as they get their money, they don't give a shit about their customers.
