Things are picking up.
Got a production gig next week at the Blue Note thanks to Heather. Hopefully, there are more after.
Birthday parties at Ailey are back. Which means, more $ and free dance classes.
Speaking about free dance classes, been rocking it again in Hip Hop and Afro-Cuban. So happy to be back in the swing. Been taking Karate for free at the day job. The fact that they offer these classes for free is going to be hard for me to leave any of these jobs. Those suckers. hehe.
Scheduled some doctor appointments, well just one. But I plan on scheduling some more in the coming months. I have to take advantage of this awesome health insurance I have.
Bought a ticket to go see One Republic at the Roseland Ballroom for the end of February. Really looking forward to this one. I don't know how many times I've raved about these guys, especially the lead singer Ryan whose voice is angelic.
Going to stick it out in this living space until the end of the lease in June. I keep on changing my mind now and then but I see myself eventually staying. I'll have a better chance of finding something more reasonable towards the end of spring when a lot of students and/or people move.
Things I'm not looking forward to:
Starting student loan payments. I deferred them for quite some time which means I racked up a good amount of interest for my first payment. I should have allowed myself to pay at least the interest when I decided to defer the payments. oh well. I'll be fine. I need to keep a close eye out on my expenses from now on.
